Andile Bele is the founder of Risk Management Group but was a silent partner in the early days due to being preoccupied with other commitments so much that he was unable to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
In 2016 Risk Management Group was established for the purpose of providing a Health, Safety Security Environment Quality and Business Consulting and Training turnkey solution within the built environment
Andile is not only Risk Management Group’s CEO, but he is also the head of the security and firearm training department. With a passion and consistency in developing and implementing security management systems for Risk Management Group’s clients, which has resulted in a well-established reputation for working hand in hand with clients, regulators and other stakeholders on Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality and Business Consulting & Training.
Andile holds a Financial Management NQF level 5 Certificate & Information Technology NQF Level 6 Certificate, Security Grade A PSIRA certificate, SHEMTRAC and Firearm& Security Instructor certificate. Andile’s skill set includes but is not limited to technical skills like firearm & Security training, Computing, configuration, Application, development, hardware and systems & financial analysis.
