This course is intended for all managers who should know the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and the consequences of non-compliance. It will be useful for managers at all levels as well as safety and security officers, compliance officers and learners in commercial and industrial insurance.

The purpose of the course is to teach you how to:

• Explain the basic principles of the Act and accompanying Regulations.
• Explaining the requirements for minimum compliance stipulated in the Act.
