This course is intended for all persons who need to select, use and care for power tools.  This course is for persons in the Electrical Engineering; Generation; Distribution; Transmission, Construction and Renewable Energy Sectors. A person completing this course will be able to: Select, safely use and care for range of fixed and portable power tools.

This course will contribute to the full development of the learner within the electrical engineering and construction environment by providing recognition, further mobility and transportability within the field of Physical Planning and Construction. The skills, knowledge and understanding demonstrated within this course are essential for social and economic transformation and upliftment within the electrical engineering and construction environment.
